OH, FOR SALT'S SAKE. GOOD QUESTIONS.
What is The Bucket List?
Your monthly ice-control salt subscription from Serenity Pools & Landscaping. Choose one 5-gallon bucket for $60/month or two for $110/month, with delivery included. A refundable deposit of $15 per bucket, plus HST is also required. We handle the hauling and remembering to restock.
Where do you deliver?
To residential addresses in Greater Moncton and surrounding areas as indicated on the map below:
When does my salt arrive?
On the 1st of every month, November through April. Start on the 1st of any month during the season, with monthly deliveries continuing through April.
Does it come with a scoop?
Absolutely! Your first delivery includes a 250 mL salt scoop for each bucket. We bring the salt—and something to sprinkle it with.
Do I need to be home?
Nope! Just tell us your preferred, safely accessible drop-off spot. Want it inside your garage? Arrange access with us and we’ll put it there.
What if I still have salt left?
Leave your bucket in your agreed delivery spot on the 1st. If it’s empty, we’ll exchange it for a filled bucket. If there’s salt left, we’ll top it up.
Do you shovel or spread the salt?
You handle the sprinkling. We handle the bringing. This subscription includes salt and delivery only—not shovelling, plowing or salt application.
What’s your refund policy?
Subscriptions are non-refundable, except where required by law. Unused salt and mild weather don’t qualify for refunds; scheduled deliveries continue throughout your subscription.
How does the bucket deposit work?
Your first payment includes a one-time deposit of $15 per bucket plus HST. There’s no additional deposit for monthly exchanges. Return your bucket(s) within 30 days of your subscription ending, whether you complete the season, leave early or your subscription ends due to non-payment, to receive your deposit back including the HST charged. Otherwise, deposits are forfeited after 30 days.
